By using ClinicSuite, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptable Use
ClinicSuite is intended for licensed healthcare providers and clinic administrators. You must not use the platform to provide unlicensed medical advice or share patient data without consent.
2. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods.
3. Clinical Disclaimer
Platform suggestions, templates, or chatbot content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always apply clinical judgment.
4. Intellectual Property
ClinicSuite and its underlying technology remain our property. Content you create using the platform (records, invoices, reports) belongs to you.
5. Third-Party Platform Connections
Features that publish or interact on your behalf with Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or Twilio require you to connect those accounts and agree to their respective terms. You are responsible for content published through these integrations.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClinicSuite is not liable for clinical decisions made based on platform outputs. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 3 months.
