ClinicSuite ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of clinic operators and patients using our platform.

1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, clinic details), usage data, and clinical-related information you choose to manage through our platform features.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data powers platform features (patient records, billing, inventory), clinic analytics, and appointment scheduling. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow HIPAA-aligned best practices and store patient data in Indian AWS availability zones.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party platforms you choose to connect (Google, YouTube, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, Twilio) solely to provide the features you enable. We only request the access needed for those features and never share your data with these providers beyond what's required for the integration to function.

5. Your Rights

You may request data export, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@clinicsuite.cloud.
