Data Deletion

1. Self-Service Deletion

Clinic account owners can delete individual records at any time from the dashboard — patients, appointments, consent forms, prescriptions, invoices, and uploaded media each have their own delete action. Deleting a patient record also removes their associated consent forms and prescription history.

2. Requesting Full Account Deletion

To permanently delete your ClinicSuite account and all associated data, email us from the address registered on your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We verify the request against the account owner before proceeding.

3. What Gets Deleted

Once verified, we permanently delete your account profile, clinic and doctor records, patient records, appointments, consent forms, prescriptions, uploaded files (logos, signatures, seals, treatment photos), chat/review history, and any data synced from connected third-party accounts (Google, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, Twilio/Exotel).

4. Third-Party Connections

Deleting your account automatically revokes any active connections to Google Calendar, YouTube, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, and calling providers. You can also disconnect these individually from the dashboard's Integrations page at any time without deleting your whole account.

5. What We May Retain

Certain records — such as billing/invoice data and signed consent forms — may be retained for a limited period after deletion where required by Indian tax, medical-records, or other applicable law, even after your account is otherwise deleted. This data is kept solely for legal compliance and is not used for any other purpose.

6. Processing Time

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once complete. Backups containing your data are purged within 90 days as part of our regular backup rotation.
